Though they sent me a new SIM card, I continue to have poor cellular phone service with AT & T. They will not let me out of the contract without a monetary penalty but their service is poor. I buy a straittalk phone every other month and I dont have nearly the problems with that phone that I do with my AT&T and they are much cheaper!!! When I bought AT&T they did not tell me that the service would be poor. If they cant provide qualty service I want out of the contract without penalty!!! I very often cannot make phone calls from that cell from my residence or text message. Folks with T-Mobile, Verizon, and cheap pre-pays get better service than I do and pay less!!!
