Very poor service - verizon air card

Just wondering how many other people are having disconnect problems with verizon broadband service? I've been sent a external antenna a extra power cord that plugs into two usb ports (the extra power is suppose to give it better signal, ha) and still poor service. I've been told it's my house? Even though i travel and the problem is pretty consistent. Now the problem is my usb ports even though i've tried it on my desktop with same problems. I was down to a couple months on my contract and was stupid enough to be talked into renewing my contract because my modem died. I was told this was the newest and greatest and would fix the problem, ha again. Same service same problems.
