I go to this station all the time for breakfast and lunch (for the past 5 years) the eatery is good today i went for lunch and i paid for my $2.00 sandwich with a $20.00 bill the total came to $2.15 the lady gave me. 85 in change and i wasn't paying attention i just trusted that she was honest and gave me my correct change i went to my car to eat my sandwich and i realized she didn't give me the $17.00 so i went back in and told her she said i gave her $3.00 and refused to give me the rest of my change i admit i did go out the door but i figured i should be able to trust that the attendant would give me the correct change its her job right? She said she would check the cash drawer and if it was over i would get my money back but she would not do it then and i doubt she will admit her mistake i will be going to see if i get it and to tell all the customers of this story as often as i can so i hope i can drive the business away from here by telling my story i cant believe Exxon employees don't earn enough on their checks so they need to rip off the customers by purposely giving the wrong change this attendant is the manager she should know better i do believe she knows she made a mistake and then just didnt want to admit it and she got to keep my money to boot
