Rudeness and Cheating a customer out of money

I went to the restaurant for food. However, I was cheated out of 10 dollars. I went back to get my money and politely said you have made a mistake in giving me change. The order was $6.42 and I gave you a 20 dollar bill. She immediately tried to play it off as my mistake. Furthermore, I told her that I just got $100 dollars in cash from the Wal-mart atm (down the road). The Change was in 5 twenty dollar bills and that New china was my first stop. I had no other change. She still took other customer money and placed me on the back line. When she sat down and looked into the cash registar she said a I have a ten. I told her, I am not crazy and I know what I gave her. She very rude and finally gave me my correct change along with her mandarin tongue. I took the money and left. However, I will never go back to them. They usually shortchange me out of nickels, dimes, and pennies, but it was the second time that they shorted me out of correct change. I will drive elsewher rather then go back to them.
