Did't receive all of are food, when called manger hung up phone

Did't not receive all of are food, and when we talked to the manger Eric he was very rude told us we should not have went through drive thur when places a order for 8 double cheeseburger, 1 french fry, 2 chicken nuggets, 2whoopers that the order was to large. And then hung up the phone on us and told me to call number on back of my ticket
