The customer service was horrible for 2009 season - waited on the line an hour or more and then sometimes they hung up and you had to start over and wait another hour.
No service bureau fee check that was promised to be mailed by 7/01. Amount over 4,000.00. Also want my software money back. Don't want to ever do business with them again. I had to go on facebook to reach owner when they moved. They are really a mess.
