DirecTv does not know one end from the other

I have never had dealings with a more inept company in my life. I had to move it was not by choice, it was a have to. Per DirecTv no problem one free move a year. First technician who came out here walked around the house did not even go out in the yard to see if they could find a site. They stated they could not find a site and had the audacity to laugh. They thought it was funny. I would be ashamed to have a technician of this magnitude even in my employ much less to send them to speak with customers. Per DirecTv this was not enough for them to cancel my contract. Supposedly per them if they can not find a site than the contract is canceled. So I had to wait on a supervisor to come out and confirm. He would not even get back in contact within a timely manner. I had to call customer service to get in contact and have them call me so the issue could get resolved. I called 4 times after the supervisor put in that no site could be found so the account would close. I confirmed 4 times that the amount I would be getting back would be $53.70. You pay in advance right and they all agreed this would be the amount. I have more than one statement which reflects this amount as a credit which is due me. I moved in January and had to keep calling back asking where my refund was. If I had not paid my bill on time they would have cut my service off immediately. Here it is March and I just got my check and it is no where near the price I was promised would be refunded. The check is for a whole $5.81. I called customer service and got a line of bull from someone who said their name was Antonett I had them spell it for me. I will never deal with this company again, I will let every one I know not to deal with this company. You may not think this will make a difference but in the long run it will. You continue to provide such horrible customer service and customers will find somewhere else to go as I have. It is a shame that your company would not take the time. I went to your competitor and they had no problem finding a site did a excellent job of setting it up and it is half the price that I was being charged by your company. I am not done yet I will make other consumers extremely aware not to deal with DirecTv because they are only out to scam you and will not refund you the money which is due to you. I have never been treated so poorly, and as previously said will make sure everyone I know and everyone I meet to definitely not deal with DirecTv. It will make a difference... By the way since you find it so cute to take advantage of your customers your check is on the way back to you... Keep it! I will never deal with you again.
