Magic Jack is a great value for consumers looking for economical phone service. For every 50 calls I make, only 1 or 2 calls might suffer from lag time. The main trouble I have experienced (and note that this is not a problem with Magic Jack) was buffering. This was due to my router being unable to handle the data rate of my calls - this is an old router so the answer is to use a suitable router that can provide the bandwidth Magic Jack needs. It's a great tool, has saved me more money than I can imagine, and paid for itself even before I ever used it 8-)
