I had place an order on Sunday 10/4/09, for Nintendo DSi online with the 2 coupon codes that brought the price down to $125 S5.95 shipping. What a great deal I thought... (only applied for pink and white DSi)... Today I got a cancellation email from Toy R Us... It took me by surprise... I called Toy R Us and respond was "I appology... The codes you had did not applied for electronic. I'm sorry. Is there anything I can do?"...
I was so upset... And don't want my order to be cancel due to their technical issue. The lady keep appoligizing... It is not her fault, but I expect Toy R Us at least honor the coupon for those order placed before they realized there is a technical issue in their system. I'm so not to shop in their store any more
