My company has also been dooped by TRX several times (I think they are very shady) this bank service fee they collected all tax season and now tier up for several thousand small tax companies has turned out to be such a handsome amount that apparently Doug can't let loose of it. I have a contact who worked there for years, and have a pretty good handle on who these actors are, how they are structured and who has the assetts. SO; shoot me an email, I have an interested attorney who suspects there are thousands of victims just like me.
I was told in writing that these checks would be mailed June 1st.
I still haven't gotten my check. They are violating FDIC laws. They are not a lender, and they have no right to process these transactions.
I have decided to pursue legal processes if not paid IN FULL by September 1st the full amount they owe me. So contact me if you would like to join in.
