I was flying from NY to California and ordered more than $100 of items expecting to receive a $40 discount. When credit card bill arrived, the credit was $11 and change. Customer Service was not helpful... Was rude... Will not honor the advertised discount. Essentially I cannot ship the items to Skymall but, must ship separately to 3 different vendors and pay all shipping fees including the original fees to ship to me and the shipping fees back.
