I am an african american male and he is an asian male. I walked into his store, Jae the owner, to make a smallpurchase. His eyes did not leave me the entire timethat I was there. I got a few candles from one of the isles, then went to the counter to pay for my items, I also wantedto get a cigar which he keeps behind the counter, but healso had a basket with loose cigars on the counter for you to get your own. I looked in the basket to see if my brand wasthere, and it wasn't, after I looked he said "DONT TOUCH THEBASKET!" eventhough it was there clearly to pick one yourself. So I let that go, and told him what brand i was looking forhe got my brand from behind the counter and the cigar thathe gave me appeared to be broken, when i asked him fora replacement, he went crazy. Using very abusive languagetowards me. He said, (please excuse my language) " I HATEYOUR ATTITUDE!", "I TOLD YOU TO NEVER COME IN HEREAGAIN!" (which he didn't, if he had, he would have told meto leave as soon as he saw me walk into his store, he saw mecome in and did not take his eyes off of me the entire time, likeI was going to steal something, made me feel very uncomfortable) then he went on to yell at the top of his lungs "YOU GET THE FUCK OUT! And pointed towards the the door, almost like Iwas a dog being told to get outside, then again he said in a very loud voice "GET THE FUCK OUT!!!", I left, didnt sayanything back, went home and thought about what happenedand i felt really bad, for the next few days, I could not get whathe said to me and the extreme foul language he used out ofmy mind, and stomach. I tried to purchase in his store, and thisis what i got in return. I thought about it for a while, and realizedthat i couldnt get away from the way he made me feel. He must have said "GET THE FUCK OUT! At least three times, even as I was walking out the door.
