How do you complete a survey if the survey site has not been working since 2008??? Rude male greeter, tall white male with brown hair glasses 6'4'tall/lean and black bald male at first register. The staff in the shoe section were nice, but no size 12 male running shoes. Took 1 hour of 4 associated to confirm 8 out of 8 no size 12??? Then as I was leaving to pay for $144.03 bill, I went to the first empty counter where the black male turned to the right and placed ear black phones in both ears, while I put the mirchandise on the counter and he ignored me. Then the greeter told me to take the clothes over to a counter 10 feet away. The greeter makes a comment to the other male at the first couunter who avoided me. Linda the sales person at the 4th counter was very nice and profesional. As I left the store the greeter, of coarse had something to say. I told him why don't you focus on getting size 12 shoes instead of goofing around at the door. I have had it with Dicks. Lousey service at the beginning and the end.
