I visited the Hollister store in the Olympia, WA on 8/2 at 1pm. When I arrived at the store 2 male sales associates asked me if there was anything that they could help me with. I did not need help at the time, I knew what I was looking for. I grabbed 2 pairs of jeans and went to the counter to pay. There was no associate at the counter so I waited for a few minutes. I was on my lunch break and in a hurry so I left the counter and walked around the entire store looking for someone to ring me up. There was NO ONE to be found. So, I went back to the counter and waited a few more minutes, and again now getting very frustrated, walked around the entire store another time. I still could not locate anyone so I went back to the counter. Finally after waiting another few minutes and 2 more customers now in line behind me, an associate decided to come out from the back (a blonde girl) and help me. When she asked me if I was ready I told her yes, that I had been looking for someone to help me for about 15 minutes. She said that she was sorry but did not offer an explanation. The first 2 associates that I saw when I arrived at the store we male. So I know that there were at least 3 associates working and I find it completely unacceptable that they were not available to help the customers. After that experience I will never shop at Hollister Co. Again!!!
