In may I purchased a one night stay at the Sheraton Norfolk Waterside.
This purchase was a promotional a a fantasically reduced rates, probably to encourage me to stay at any of multiple hotels, or vacation spots for full price.
When I dedided to make reservations and take advatage of this great offer, I was informed that there was no record of my or any other transaction from "the smart circle"
Following this ettempt, I called the smart circle customer service and was told the sheraton would be called and all misunderstandings would be worked out.
My secand call to the Sheraton Waterside found that nothing had changed.
I have since received my money back from Sam's club but would advise any potential customers that might see this company and the seemingly fantastic bargains to avoid any dealings with them.
I would also advise Sam's club to deny this company any future use of Sam's club facilities as I understand that I am not the only customer to be taken to the cleaners. Praise God, I did'nt get a more expensive package.
