I was a regular customer during lunch everyday, service was great and the food was fresh and hot. A couple of days ago I had ordered a deluxe double hamburger after the lunch hours. I got my hamburger 1 minute later. I said to the young girl, that was really fast. I did here the microwave bell ding so I didn't think anything of it. There were only 2 young girls working. No thank you, have a nice day or receipt in my bag.
When I got home my hamburger was dried out, the lettuce and tomatoe was soggy and the bacon was not even cooked. I ate one bite and threw the rest away. This young employee microwaved a left over hamburger from lunch and served it to me. I didn't complain because I still like their food. I think that employee was lazy and I must of came there at a bad for lunch. If I knew I was going to have a microwaved hamburger and bad service I would have gone somewhere else.
The most upsetting thing to me that day was that this employee microwaved my food. Nasty! People of Lakeville this is not the only in this town I have to that microwaves left over from lunch. If you want fresh, hot food go betweem 11: oo AM and 1:30 PM.
