I feel like I was ripped off! I paid for equipment protection for two consecutive years. Now that I require services I cannot get an AC technician to service my units. You would think that if Sears cannot make it to my apartment now they NEVER had any intention of coming at ALL! It is also feasible for me to believe I can receive ALL of my money for both years! That is what happens when you loose faith in a company.
