I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were not delivered. I left explicit instructions that they could call if they had any problem. I got a call 5 hours after the funeral saying you could not find anyone to do the job. San Diego? Are you kidding? I had the order cancelled after explaining five times to the CS person that it was a funeral and that you had let us down tremendously. This woman's only sister and family did not get to send flowers to her funeral mass. All we got in return was a pitiful cancellation. The customer service rep was very meek and not helpful but it is not her fault... She had no tools with which to solve this issue.
