I have tried your phone 8 times, 1 trip to a customer service center and still can't get my account correct.
Your phone are not empowered to resolve issues, only to take notes, make recommendations which have to be forwarded to a supervisor who may or may not agree with the reps and what they have told you.
To date, you are beyond measure the worst company i have ever had the displeasure to attempt to work with.
