Comcast publicly promots how they care about their customers endlessly on the cable, yet the actually experience with this company is just the opposite.
What had started out as a simple billing error has turned into 2 months and 8 calls and a visit to one of their service centers, all without resolution.
My calls to them resulted in
1. Mis information - being given different amounts for credit (s) due
2. Learning that their reps can not handle billing issues, but merely take information and forward it to a 'supervisor' who makes a final decision, which may or may not be what the rep has quoted you
3. When asked to speak with a supervisor, was told none were available!!!
4.in exasperation when to their service center in the hopes a real human could go thru the issues and resolve the problem, only to be told: a. They can't help with a billing issue b. There is NO mailing address to send a written complaint to (how convient on their part..) c. There was no supervisor available on a weekend!!!
This company has no regard for it's customers and is without any doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
