I also have fell victim to this scam! 99.00 was taken for platnium services last week which they claim they have a strict no refund policy where I did reach a live person then as of yesterday 49.50 from direct benefits was taken and the # 800-284-7112 keeps hanging up on me! I believe a class action lawsuit needs to filed here you are taking advantage of many people! Someone stated they did get a hold of a supervisor Michelle Ferguson? How do I get a hold of this person? I will be talking with my bank about these charges today! What is to say they will not be able to keep deducting money from my account which I did not authorize them to do! I want a full refund asap and any bank charges!
