Chase Bank Online payment system is broken. The access to credit card accounts is showing nothing. "Information not available"."Call and report". Can't see bills, can't pay them. Thanks a lot chase, I can email you, but you won't respond for 4 days anyway. I'm sure you will have it back up by then. But it's inconvenient for me to have to log in a few more times to keep checking to see when you fix it. You have a lot of nerve charging so many fees and such high interest rates for such lousy service. My other credit cards treat me SO MUCH BETTER! In fact, a thousand times better!
