I bwought my hp computer at Best Buy in ky. They said they would mail me my up grade when it came in.
I called for it about 3 weeks ago and they said i had to go on the net and get it threw hp. Now my daughter and i have been working on this for 2 to 3 weeks now we are not getting any where.
All we get is a nasty run around you talk to one person for an houre and then they put some one else on the line and you get no where. Please there has to be some one some where to help me get my free windows 7 up grade. I paid cash for my computer the first on e in my life some companys get your money and thats it they won't do what they promised.
It wasn't 2 or 3 hundred dolls it was over 7 hundred. Please help me. Thanks
