They play game when you order plastic recycling materials from any one of this company.
I purchased one container LDPE clear film from STEEL INTERNATIONAL OF SOURTH FLORIDA INC.in May the purchase order and PRO FORMA descripted clear that the materials must be clear and not include any other materials for 0.245USD/LB plus shipping fee. However, after I paid all of fee, they did not pay the shipping fee to freight forwarder company, the container can not be released for two weeks. The worst thing is that the goods in container are garbage which include paper and all food containers. I totally lost the more than 20000 usd for this deal.
