I am sick and tired of SunTrust taking a good chunk of my disability check when I am obviously out of funds. I could understand one charge, but they continuously allow me to use the debit card while all along charging me fees for each use. Letting me continue to use the card without funds makes me feel that funds are available when actually they are not. They never send you a note until all the damage is done.
If the law changes this month, according to the government, that goes to show they are guilty of these practices. If you have direct deposit, as Social Security requires, then you have no recourse to take your money out ahead of time. They wait for that deposit, and boom, there your money goes without permission. So I guess this month the same thing will happen, because SunTrust takes its chunk first, leaving not enough funds to cover auto bill pay from my account. They are terrible, and I plan to confront the manager real soon.
