I am about sick and tired of suntrust taking a good chunk of my disability check when I'm obviously out of funds. I could understand 1 charge, but to continuously allow me to use the debit card while all along charging me fees for each one. Letting continue to use the card without funds, makes me feel that funds are available when actually they are not. Not ever sending you a note until all the damages is done. If the law changes this month, per the goverment goes to show that they are guilty of these practices. And if you have direct deposit as Social Security requires, then you have no recourse to take your money ahead of time out. They wait for that deposit and boom there you money goes without permission. So I guess this month, same thing will happen because Suntrust takes their chunk first, leaving not enough funds to cover auto bill pay via my acct. They suck, and I plan to chew the manager out real soon.
