Dell Financial Services / Dell Business Credit
Credit limit fraud - decrease credit due to late payment. Payments never late! No detail of information regarding previous balance when account was paid in full

Dell Financial Services has successfully and continually messed up our business account and credit limit. They issued our company multiple account numbers when we only needed one account, then they mis-applied our payments to other accounts. I have yet to talk to a person in customer service that knows what they are doing and I am frustrated by the lack of concern on Dell's behalf at messing with our company credit.

We will never buy Dell again.
