I was hit by someone who has Geico car ins FAILURE TO YIELD. On Feb 26 on March 1 I called around and got the number to Geico and got the claim number. It took me several days of leaving phone msgs, I was calling them one day and they called in while I was leaving them a message, so they watch the phone. At work I called right back, they would never pick up the phone, I called them 7 TIMES IN ONE DAY WITH NO RESPONSE. I rented a car in my name from Feb 26 to March 10. It took me that long to get them to get the care in their name, I had to go to work. On March 8 I set up a claim number with my Ins.Co. Didn't know what Geico was going to do. MY Ins.Co moved my car on the 9th, I got a voice msg from the claims rep Keri Davis at Geico telling me my car had been settled on the 17 or 18. Geico adjuster called me (Bob Taylor) on March 12 going to look at my car. I told him it was moved by my ins.Co. Seems like NO ONE at that co. Knows whats going on. Bob Taylor told me Friday the 19th that I will no longer have the rental as of the 26th of this month. I STILL HAVE NO CAR AND IF THEY TAKE THIS RENTAL CAR I WILL NOT HAVE A WAY TO WORK, AND MY NOT HAVE A JOB!!! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD I have a wrist that was hurt in the accident and on going treatment for my thumb, wrist, forearm, and elbow. I work on a computer at work for a Health care co. I have lost my speed and I hope I don't have permenent damage to my right arm. I really hope Tony Nicely reads this. I have all the times and dates that I contacted this company. Just Think if they had been nice to me. I might have become a customer. Customer service = if you are nice to one person they will tell 5 people if you are not they will tell 10 people. I will post a statement about this company on every web site i can find i have already posted on u-tube, my space, facebook two web sites for geico, and will continue to do so. I have no car and no money to put down on another one. Their customer turned my life upside down!!! Ps i bet their customer has a new care in her drive.
