We purchased a groupon for this company to have our car detailed at our home last month and were never able to redeem it. The first appointment we had, the company never showed up. When I attempted to contact the company on the number provided, it went straight to voice mail. My husband received a text message from them at 8pm, citing an emergency with a staff member. We rescheduled our appointment. Our second appointment was cancelled via text message to my phone an hour before the appointed time stating the weather was not co-operating. When I suggested a new date: the coming Wednesday at 10 am, I never received a response. We did not hear back until midnight Thursday, again via text message to my husband's phone saying a staff member would be at our house on Friday at 3:30pm. This past Friday, I received a call around 2:30pm from a private cell phone (California area code) informing me that the company was running behind and that they would be at my house and hour and fifteen minutes after my appointment time. They never came. My husband attempted at text message at 5:00pm, called at 5:30pm and left a voice message at 6:30pm. We have not heard back since. We contacted groupon yesterday and informed them we wanted a refund... 3 chances are enough.
