Conn's lives up to it's name - website and home office

I placed an order online at Conn's for a Wii Fit. I prepaid for this item and was notified by email that I could pick it up the same day at my nearest store. The following day I called to confirm this with the store. The person that answered advised me that they had not had any in stock for a while. I asked for a refund and the clerk said that I could not get a refund. He advised that I would have to see if another location did have one in stock and would have to drive to whatever San Antonio location carried it. I wrote an email to the main office via the internet regarding this issue. I received a one line response stating, "This store is close to your house and has one". I called the store (which was a thirty minute driver from my home) and they indicated that they had two left on the shelves and had not been contacted to hold one. I gave them my information and they did hold it. The store location was great but the main office and web site are pathetic. Conn's will take money without actually having an item in stock and refuse to refund it they have found a convenient solution for them. They definitely get a -10 for customer service.
