We also paid an up-front fee of $1,500.00 for a loan modification (of course, after both of us being laid off). We were promised 100% customer satisfaction and/or a full refund if we did not receive the modification. We were denied the modification and when we tried to contact them on multiple occasions their was no response and now their phones and fax are disconnected and website is shut down. We have placed complaints with BBB and CA Attorney General. I am seeking legal representation to file a class-action lawsuit.
