Was scammed by Fed Mod

I contacted them to do a loan modification for me. I paid them $2000. They were unable to do a modification for me. They guarenteed their work and promised me a refund. I sitll have not recieved a refund from them and now I cannot get ahold of them, their number is disconnected.
