This company sends you a contract after they tell you that you have been approved for a mortgage modification and you have a money back guarentee if you are denied. It costed me $2200.00 up front. After several months and finding out information through my mortgage company. I did not even qualify let alone be denied of a modification loan. So with that being said it states in the contract that you must present a deniel letter from your lender to recieve your money back. My lender told me that there is know way to provide a letter if you haven't even qualified for a modification to begin with! So after many returned emails and no response to letters being sent to this firm. I paid an attorney to do the same thing for me with no response from this Nationial Modification Company. He got returned mail as well with no response. The scam here is that they tell you that you qualify for a much lesser mortgage payment and they have done the work to see that you qualify. Not the case, they have taken my money and I am sure many others are being ripped off. Thats right, hard working people getting scammed!!! They now have their phones disconnected so I am sure they are probably done and gone with my money. I am unemployed and was looking for a way to save money. I am going to try and file a small claim against them with the Arizona attorney general for what it is worth. This is not right for this to happen to honest people!
