We paid up-front fee of $1,500.00 for the loan modification (after I was laid off). We were promised 100% customer satisfaction or full refund fee. We have placed numerous phone call, fax, letters. Up about three months ago the company's reply was that the negotiator is working on our behave, byt the contact ceased as the company is no more reachable!
