My website has been down since Friday, July 10. I called and was told the domain registration had expired and someone would take care of that on Monday July 12. I was on the phone for over 6 hours yesterday, getting transferred and left on hold for the phone to be hung up. When I called back to customer service I was caller #52. I called every department in the company and got no answers. I emailed supervisors, no replies. Today is Tuesday July 13 and my site is still down. I was by another designer my domain was re-registered on Saturday July 11 so obviously there are other issues going on with the company. I am LIVID to say the least, and would like to sue the pants off this company! I am loosing a substantial amount of money and will be looking for compensation. This is not the last they will hear from me!
