I specifically ordered two "racquet bug zappers" from Amazon which were of a specific design. I instead got some other bug zapper one of which fell apart upon opening and the other sparking constantly both of whi were of another manufacturer and design. The only reason I ordered these rather than pick a similar type item up at the local store was due to the design since we had an identical one before and it worked better than any we had had.
I tried to call and left messages to these scammers at Toolprice only to get no return calls nor was I able to talk to a live party over the course of 5 phone calls.
Now this is no earth shattering moment, the fact some ass at Toolprice gave us another bug zapper when advertising a better one, but it's bull@#$% and a bait and switch on a smaller scale. If you still allow this comp[any to work with Amazon.com and you might find others who don't trust what's being advertised is what they'll get which will lead to even more avoiding your services.
