I placed an order on 4/5 and received the wrong item. After numerous attempts by e-mail and phone this matter still hasn't been resolved as of 4/20. Nicole continues to reply with e-mails with numerous excuses. I buy lots of merchandise through Ebay and Amazon and have never had this problem before. Order number is 04-147322. Would appreciate your help in this matter.
