Ripoff Selling call zapper cashing check for $289.00 and sending nothing consumer rip-off & fraud

I was told by their saleman, Chris that my wife had ordered this call zapper and all they needed was my ok.

After the $289.00 was deducted from my account my wife asked me about the deduction. She than told me she hadn't ordered any such item.

I called the company and was told that until I recieve the zapper nothing could be done, but after I recieved it I could send it back for a refund.

This was in November of last year, it is now May and I still haven't heard from them and number that I called has been disconnected.
