I ordered my okappaslim on may 27th. They said it would ship in 4 to 7 business day's and it would take 2 weeks to get to me. I should receive it on the 21st of June. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until June 27th so that it was exactly 30 day's later. I called and they said it had been on back order and was not shipped until June 14th so I should give them until July 5th. Well today is July 7th, so I called again. They said it had never been shipped and they would put in for a reship... I said" how about you just PUT in for a refund because this is unacceptable." She said she would send it to the accounts dept. And I should have the money back in my band within 7 business day's. She apologized and thanked me for being so patient. I am not holding my breath though because something just isn't right. I know people HAVE actually received the product but even then said it doesn't work. So my advise is to spend your money on a good pair of Spanx instead. I will re~post to let you know If I ever receive my refund. My husband is a cop and he said there are some thing's that can be done about this... I don't think the company realizes they CAN get in big trouble for fraud!
