I odered from cigline.net 1 on march 21st and on april 9th as of today I have not recieved either order. Several e-mails back and forth, 1. Order was lost May 2nd. 2 order rent May 3rd. 3. May 17th order lost again. 4. May 30th order resent again 5. June 13th problem is with customs in New York. Problem solved cigline wants to resend. 6. June 17th cigline agreed to refund. 7. June 27th cigline can not refund order has already sipped should be delivered in 14 days. 8. July 16th re asked for refund no reply
