I ordered new rims and tires for my car on April 11th. A few days later, jai called me and told me that they were on back order, so it would take 3 weeks for me to get my product. Which I was okay with, I understand that products get back ordered. Well, 3 1/2 weeks go by and I hang heard anything from them so I called them again. A different gentleman told me that jai was wrong and the initial order said 4 weeks, so whatever, that would just be a few more days. FIVE weeks go by (total) and I don't have my products! So I called again and they said May 27th they would be shipped to me. Which seemed fine at the time but then I came to realize that it was 6 weeks after my order date AND that was on Memorial Day - no mail in that day. On June 3rd I called and threw a fit because I haven't received my products and he told me that if I wanted to cancel my order he would understand... WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT TO A CUSTOMER?! He said they would be shipped this week... Well it is now Friday, June 7th and I haven't received anything, not even a shipping confirmation email. I am never using them again, which is a shame for them because my boyfriend wants $1300 rims that are on their website. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.
