Debt 2 wealth withdrew 40.00 from my checking without authorization promise to refund never recieved

I was on vacation a check was dated for 6/5/10 for 40.00 and was cash on 6/7/10 spoke to company said they would refund my money 7 to 10 working days from the 12of june the processing date just keep getting the run around
