I wanted to put all my apples in one cart with Time Warner. I currently have cable with them for yrs and wanted to add adtl channels, internet and change my phone system to them.
1st appt was to be 5-7 got a call at 10:45 i wouldne answer as i was not going to let them in at that time.
2nd appt was sched for next day 1-5 rcd voicemail at 6:45
I called was on hold trying to resolve muy issue and be heard for 1hr 45 mins wanting to talk to a manager or supervisor while on hold they disconnected me TWICE.
I got someone else to call as i was so upset and we threatened lawyer and tv station to get involved.
Next appt is for this week if one minute late we will be filing with the trouble shooter on tv... Just had to share
