I had TWC come in because my phone was not working. The svcman said he had quite a bit of work on the lines coming into the house. He fixed my phone and all was good. About a week after that, one of my cable boxes went out and my tv no longer powers on. When I called, even they were surprised that the next available appt. Was 12 days away. The box was not receiving a strong signal. Since clearly something is wrong with their equipment, it infuriates me that there is such a long wait for an appointment. Since we have one tv with cable working in the house (it is a rental unit so it doesn't help me) they said there was nothing they could do to get someone here earlier. Horrible customer service and too cheap to hire additional service technicians.
