Lousy techincans lie about coming to appt, call once and make customers reschedule - phone, internet, cable

I have been a customer with Time Warner for years. Every time I have an appointment, technicans lie, do not show up, say they called and I have to reschedule. I have been through this about ten times with Time Warner. The technicans get away with murder. The dispatchers and customer respresentatives cover up for the technicans. Maybe if they keep losing more customers, they will wake up. I hate their techican system.
