I "pre-ordered" my 2009 Christmas Ornaments in June. Western Silver charged my credit card immediately, but didn't ship my ornaments. I didn't think anything about it at the time since I thought I had "pre-ordered" my ornaments.
It is now December 29th and I STILL haven't received my ornaments. Since it's beyond 60 days I can no longer contest the charge on my credit card. I've tried calling Western Silver, but the only phone number that I can find leads to a voicemail box that is full. I've sent multiple e-mail requests for information and all of them have been ignored.
Anyone who has not received an order from Western Silver and is still within the 60 day window should have their credit card company contest the charge immediately. Otherwise you'll end up screwed like me.
