1/9 I ordered a silver chest from this company web site on 12/10. Item never received even though they charged my credit card within a few days. Email question was returned with promise to update shipping information within 24 hours. Followed up with another query in 48 hours and to date have heard nothing. Now must presume they are crooks and I have lost my money.
