Kays jewelers has the nastiest employees - necklace

I went to kays jewelers in the staten island mall to return a necklace that I had bought in a new jersey location. The manager Paul had the nerve to tell me that I should return it to the store that I purchased it from. I told him why do i have to go there when I live 5 minutes from here? I gave them my receipt and they proceeded to look at my account and all of my purchases and returns that I had done. Paul then threw that in my face. When I bought the necklace I had put 20% down on my debit card. When the girl did the refund she put the whole amount back to my kays card. When I asked her about this she said very rudely that is where it all came from. I told her no it wasnt and because she did it wrong i had to wait over 2 weeks for a check. The whole time while she was processing it she kept mumbling this is ridiculous. Later on that day I had my husband go in to return a chain he bought from there to see if they would give him a hard time. I went in with him and they didnt say one word to him they wouldnt even pick there heads up to look at him. I will never go into the staten island mall location again. Paul is the worst manager I have ever encountered and his side kick employees are just like him rude and dont know how to treat customers.
