I had overdraft fee assesed to my acount. I deposited a insurance check an auto accident in the amount $885.00. The bank hold will cause my check to a n air conditioning firn to bounce

In June My bank checking account was overdrawn. I request the stop payment before the account was overdrawn. The customer service said they would put through when a request to cancel a transaction did not happen.

The checks were returned the persons involved. I was charged 35.00 for each check. The pay off amount to clean the slate was $310.00.
I received a check for $885.00 from an insurance claim. The money was deposited in Bank of America. After the money was deposited the bank notified me that i would be allow to use any of the money from that check for over two week when the custom is 2DAYS. The reason was because i had overdaft fee before.
However those matters were resolved at the time. So now i have check out there that would be covered by the amount in the bank bounce because of this hold the might be returned for insufficent fund. The money is there. This is a punishment for having more than one overdraft in the past six month. The amount being put on hold is $585.00 ten days.
