I made several attempts from 10am to the present 2pm. I have been placed on hold for more than 30 minutes and no one will pick up the phone. We are without gas in the house and unable to heat water. This is worst customer servicethat i have ever experienced by any utility company. Pgw should be ashamed of its poor customer or lack of customer service. The current timer for call number 4 today is ticking away at 26 plus minutes
