I've been a customer of Leslies for approximately 8 months. I went in today to get my water analyzed. The manager was assisting a customer with no one else in line. After about 2 minutes another customer came in. After completing the transaction with the first customer the manager turned to me and said he would check my water after assisting the new customer. It took about 10 to 12 minutes to resolve the problem with this customer when another customer came in. This time the manager didn't say anything but just began assisting the new customer. At this point I left. How the manager decided my time was less valuable than the other 2 customers is beyond me. I did like this company. It's located close to my house and I was looking to a long relationship, but I guess that won't be the case. This occurred on the afternoon of Dec. 31.
